There has always been a war against the US government and the Huawei Chinese Tech company which is still far away to stop and it has also not been surprising to hear that Chinese technicians attempt to workaround against the US sanctions that prevent them to do business with the other American companies – which all are important partners in Huawei business.
For Example, recently Huawei ordered Snapdragon 4G chips which leads to go around banning them so that their hands couldn’t go towards 5G. They also launched their operating system which is known as Harmony OS which was the replacement of an android.
It looks like Huawei’s former sub-brand which was Honor and which was also facing sanctions from the US government over the “Security fears” decision. Some of the lawmakers and the government officials in the US will be looking to put Honor into the Entity List.
Honor Smartphone Get Ban In The US State Right Now
The Trump administration put Huawei on the Entity List for being the national security threat for violating the trade bans with the countries like Iran. it also means that the countries that are listed on the top of the prohibited countries with the US to do business with the US without having a license from the US Commerce Department, especially the department to purchase the product of the US related to 5G.
It also put into the high risk of chip makers i.e. HiSilicon and the phone manufacturer of Honor of getting included in the list.
However, Technically Honor is no longer a partner of Huawei and recently Huawei sold Honor to a consortium with 30 agents and dealers. Some of the creative issues in the US that how consortiums also called ties to state-backed investors and even they have former Huawei executive on the payroll. Unfortunately, the lawmaker and the agencies in the US want to Ban Honor, as the same case with Huawei.
Possible Ban Looming For The Honor’s In The United States
There is been good news for the Honor, that the vote has been split between the decision making bodies i.e. the pentagon and the Energy department that has voted for the sanction of the Honor, while the Commerce and State of the department voted against it.
The Cabinet and President Joe Biden could make a verdict in the end so that President Joe Biden can make the final decision. The current administration has made little to no effort to remove Huawei from the Entity List and this pretty issue tends to revolve around Honor and a company at the moment don’t sell smartphones in the US and they don’t make any networking equipment, which they are considering to be a national security threat. It looks Like that they have a lack of official evidence to link Honor to the Chinese government and the Chinese government reason is much enough to remove the company from the Entity List. On the other hand, the US argue to have much more evidence that is much prettier stronger enough to remain them in the Entity List.
